Welcome to the Official Jochen Rindt website.

The site belongs to Jochen Rindt’s family, hereafter the “Owner”. No reproduction or representation can take place without the written and preliminary consent of the Owner. Despite all care taken with the realization of the site and its regular updating, errors may still have slipped into information and/or documents presented. The Owner cannot therefore guarantee the exactitude, the precision or the exhaustiveness of the information made available on this site. If you note any errors, we would welcome your input by email to: info@jochenrindt.com so we can carry out the corresponding corrections. The Owner reserves the right to revise the contents at any moment and without notice.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

The present general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on www.jochenrindt.com, hereafter the “Site” by the Customer.

The Customer ordering a product offered on sale on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

The Owner reserves the right to modify at any moment the present General Conditions of Sale.

1 – AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All products presented on the Site are subject to the limit of stocks available at the moment of the order. Generally, products will be limited editions. The Owner reserves the right to modify the selection of products available on the Site at any time. In the absence of availability of a product, the Customer will be informed as quickly as possible.

2 – PRICES

Prices are in Euros including tax.

The prices posted on the Site can be modified without any notice. The displayed price does not include postage & packing. Postage & Packing cost will be displayed and additionally billed at the moment of order confirmation.

The Owner is committed to the correctness of the prices displayed on the Site without being able to guarantee the absence of mistakes. If a wrong price should be displayed, the Owner will give the Customer the possibility to confirm the purchase of the product at its correct price or to cancel the order. If the Owner is not able to contact the Customer, the order will be considered as cancelled. All payments are advance payments. Orders will only be valid after the successful transfer of the totality of the order amount.

3 – ORDER PROCESS & CONDITIONS

Should the Customer have given incorrect address details, the Owner is not responsible for the impossibility of the product’s delivery and the costs related to forwarding must be borne by the Customer.

The Customer has to be of age (+18 years). For minors, the agreement of the legal representative is needed. People under guardianship need the agreement of their legal guardian.

The orders will be definitive after the receipt of payment. From this point on, no more modification or cancellation of the order by the Customer can be made and the payment cannot be refunded.

4 – GUARANTEE

No form of guarantee on the products will be issued.

The Owner accepts no responsibility in differences between the product received and the perception of the product as presented on the Site. Photo shoots of the products may result in small differences in form and colour between the photographs / graphics and the delivered product.

5 – PAYMENT & SAFETY OF ONLINE PAYMENT

We propose payment by Paypal.

All transactions made on the Site are secured by the Paypal payment system. For more information on Paypal, please refer to www.paypal.com.

6 – DELIVERY

After receipt of payment from the Customer, the Owner will proceed with the delivery by means of a carrier of its choice. No tracking numbers will be made available. All orders will be treated as quickly as possible. Delivery delays can be expected during National and/or School holidays.

Delays of up to 2-4 weeks can be expected for the fleece.

The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer while placing the order.

All quoted shipping costs are for first class postage for one item.

For any orders of more than one item, the Customer must contact the Owner via info@jochenrindt.com and make special arrangements for the delivery.
The Owner cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by disruptions / errors by the delivery company (in particular in the event of a partial or all-out strike of the mail services and/or transport).

Additional costs (taxes, customs duty, etc) demanded by the local post office and/or local customs to obtain the products will be entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

Complaints related to the delivered product have to be expressed within 24 hours following reception of the product by e-mail to info@jochenrindt.com.

Damaged packaging must not be opened. If you receive a parcel with damaged packaging, please inform the Owner within 24 hours of receipt.

7 – RETURNS

Products may be returned with the prior written consent of the Owner using info@jochenrindt.com. The return cost will be borne by the Customer who should keep a proof of postage.

Returns do not apply to products which are subject to a promotional offer.

The Owner cannot guarantee the availability of stock at the moment of return, and hence, should the Product no longer be available when the returned product is received, your account will be credited with the amount of the Product (without delivery charges).

The Customer must return the product within a period of 7 working days.

The returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale and returned with a copy of the invoice. Any product that is damaged will be neither refunded nor exchanged.

8 – RECEPTION AND EXAMINATION

The Customer must ensure that no damage or loss has been incurred before accepting delivery of the merchandise. In the event of an incident, the Customer must inform the Owner within 24 hours at info@jochenrindt.com. All complaints expressed after this period will be rejected and the Owner will be released from any responsibility

The Customer bears the risk of damage or loss from the moment of handing over the Products by the Owner to the delivery carrier.

9 – CONFIDENTIALITY

All information provided by the Customer will only be used to proceed with the orders placed by the Customers as well as to inform the Customer of new products, special offers or news related to the Site. The Owner guarantees that the information which has been provided by the Customer is not communicated to any third party.

10 – RESPONSIBILITY

The Owner is relieved from any responsibility for the usage of the Products.

The sale of products by the Owner is subject to Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, execution or breach of the contract concluded between the Owner and the Customer, will be submitted to the exclusive competence of the tribunals in each case.
